Your pack shipment
The products you ordered will be ready for shipment within 3-5 days, except for customized products. If you need the goods in a hurry, you need to tell us in advance.
Wholesale products do not provide refunds for non-quality problems. If there are any quality problems, relevant videos and evidence need to be provided
You can choose ship by sea or air
For ship by air, we can bear about 10% to 40% of the shipping cost, which mainly depends on the final shipping cost
ship by air takes 7-14 days to US
ship by sea at leat 35-45days to US(sometimes need more time)
ship by air cost $15 per kg
ship by sea cost $5 per kg (but the weight should at least 21 kg)
